Studio Stochastic LTD Last updated: 26/09/2026
This policy explains how information is collected and used when you visit studiostochastic.com (the "Website"). It applies to the Website only — our apps (Pub Compass, Futsal Statistics, Tactics Board) have their own separate privacy policies, linked elsewhere on this site.
Studio Stochastic LTD is a UK-based solo software studio. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the "controller" of any data described below.

We do not deliberately collect, request, or store personal information through this Website. There are no account sign-ups, contact forms, or newsletters on the site. Any information you send us directly (for example, by emailing us) is only used to respond to you and is not added to any marketing list.
The Website is hosted on Google Sites and uses Google Analytics, both provided by Google. As a result, Google automatically collects some technical data on our behalf whenever you visit, even though we don't request it ourselves. This typically includes:
IP address (which Google may use to derive an approximate location)
Browser type and device information
Pages visited, time spent on the site, and referring website
General usage and traffic statistics
This is standard behaviour for Google Sites/Analytics and happens via cookies and similar technologies. We only ever see this data in aggregate, anonymised reporting form — we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. Google Sites may also set its own cookies needed for the site to function correctly.
Analytics cookies are not strictly necessary for the site to work, so where required by law we will only set them with your consent, and you can decline or withdraw consent at any time (via any cookie banner shown on the site, or by adjusting your browser settings to block cookies). You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Purely to understand how many people visit the site and roughly how it's used, so we can improve it. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
Consent — for non-essential analytics cookies.
Legitimate interests — for the limited technical data needed simply to serve the Website to your browser.
We don't sell or share data with third parties ourselves. Data passes to Google LLC, as the provider of Google Sites (hosting) and Google Analytics (analytics), under Google's own privacy terms: policies.google.com/privacy.
Google may process data on servers outside the UK/EEA. Google provides its own legal safeguards for this (such as Standard Contractual Clauses), see Google's privacy policy for details.
We don't set retention periods for data gathered from this website ourselves, as we don't hold the data it sits with Google under their standard Google Analytics retention settings.
I do keep Data from my students as this is a Tuition company as well although that only for indexing info such as their year and exam board and keeping track of Parent's contact details. Im not 100% sure this has to be here but the template excluded it so i added it :)
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access data held about you, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. Since we don't hold identifiable personal data ourselves, most such requests would need to be directed to Google directly for data they process. You can also complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.
In such a case whereas i work with a club directly the data maintained is primarily match statistics and as far as I know shouldnt be classified as personal data, but if i work with a club they get sent all their data anyways.
This Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
The Website links to third-party services (e.g. app stores). Once you leave our site, their own privacy policies apply, I'm not not responsible for those.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
