These terms cover the Website only. Our individual apps (Pub Compass, Futsal Statistics, Tactics Board) are covered by their own separate policies, linked elsewhere on this site.

The Website is owned and operated by Studio Stochastic LTD, a UK-based solo software studio.

This Website is provided for general informational purposes such as showcasing our apps and provide related policies and support information. There is no e-commerce, account creation, or purchasing functionality on the Website itself (I have zero idea how to set it up)

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Website by anyone else. (IDK how you'd use this website to break the law besides maybe copying the content and pretending to be me so dont do that specifically on top of anything else illegal you deranged people come up with)

Unless otherwise stated, Studio Stochastic LTD owns the intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and design). You may view,prin and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute content without our permission. (Email helpandsupport@studiostochastic.com to ask for permission i run it personally)

The Website contains links to our own apps (available via third-party app stores) and may link to other third-party websites or services. We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Use of app stores and any apps you download is subject to those platforms' and apps' own terms.

We make no warranties or guarantees that the Website will always be available, error-free (primarily spelling error free) , or fit for any particular purpose. As a solo director ran company all, content is updated by me to the best of my abilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Stochastic LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such exclusion would be unlawful. (This was in the template I have zero clue how you would die from using this website but if you somehow do I'm not liable unless its caused directly by my own negligence as legally defined in UK court or another exclusion defined in UK law)

The Website is hosted on Google Sites, and as such its availability depends in part on that platform. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access and may amend, suspend, or discontinue the Website (or parts of it) at any time without notice.
